XGYN液压型（全新液压控制型）翻斗密炼机

特点如下：

    上压砣油缸由差动增压回路控制。无回弹、不喷粉。保证配方准确。

    压砣与改形后混炼室组成完整的混炼腔，配合小切入角的(S)形转子，提高了吃粉速度。提高了胶料质量。

    转子轴向定位可靠。轴端采用套筒缸恒压密封，比压可调，延长定环（密封件）的使用寿命。密封可靠。不漏粉、不漏胶、不向密炼室内漏油。

    XGYN液压型翻斗密炼机的压料装置与捏炼室在炼胶时由液压锁紧装置链接为一体。加料及操作空间加大，方便舒适。并为上辅机地安装留有空间。

    液压倾翻缷料（非油缸直推）。可倾翻140度以上。如需倾翻140-160度时，定货时请说明。

    XGYN液压型翻斗密炼机为人字速比齿轮传动，转子超静定支承。电机布置合理。传动结构简单明了，维护保养方便。

    XGYN液压型翻斗密炼机系列占地面积缩小，不需压缩空气设施，可与下落式密炼机相媲美。同样地有效容量，同样的效率。仅一半的价格。

XGYN (new style hydraulic control) Bucket Tipping Kneader

Production feature:

Oil cylinder of the upper ram controlling by differential pressure loop, can’t be spring back of milling, overcoming powder spray to guarantee accuracy of the formula.

The ram and the mixing chamber forms into an integrated mixing antrum, cooperate with the digging angle of (S model) rotor to increase the powder feeding speed and the rubber material’s quality.

The rotor has reliable fixed position, the shaft head uses sleeve pot of sealed, constant and adjustable pressure, which can extend the service life of the seal elements, avoid powder rubber and oil leakage.

XGYN bucket tipping kneader, the swaging equipment and the mixing chamber can join together by hydraulic locking device, making the material feeding and operation place bigger, convenient and comfortable. And keep space to install auxiliary engine

Hydraulic pressure (un fuel tank pushing), tipping degree over 140°. Please inform us, if 140-165°is required.
